Good size 3 bedroom house 300 metres from the beach. 2 living areas and an internal garage which we have converted a gym. Good size backyard partly shaded with a huge mango tree and of course the hammock for summer. Perfect for barbeques and we have also installed beer on tap in the sunroom or second living area.Sharing with 29 yr proffesional male. Bascially my two long term roommates have left to go back to Brazil and Columbia. Im an aussie but have only been in the goldcoast for 12 months. Having travelled extensively i speak spanish and i have a good mix of foreign and aussie mates. There always seems to have someone visting from overseas. We had 20 or so people for christmas and about 10 countries represented!! Picture included of some of the people im the guy with arm in a sling. House would suit either a student or worker wanting to live near the beach or maybe someone thats new to the coast and looking to meet new people.The house has always had a great feel to it I am respectful of others and look after the place but like to have people around (normally on the weekends). Anyone looking at the place would be more than welcome to stay for a beer and a chat!All rooms are good size.House is furnished room unfurnished but there is storage room in the garage and room to accomodate if you have some furniture.
