Prefer Non-smoking students that respect the property. The double brick house is basically two houses on top of each other. The room/s for rent are on the ground floor where the renter will have a combined kitchen/dining room separate laundry bedroom outside patio and back yard and parking is only metres away on the street. We live up stairs and would prefer people that are quiet. Visitors are allowed but not too much noise please.
