Have a room available in a town house fully firnished with luxury amenaties and furniture over looking the burleigh golf course.Internet and foxtell provided free. Close to beach(700m) shops public transport and superb seroundings. Room is furnished however more then welcome to furnish it yrself lots of cuboard space and your own large bathroom. We are a professional couple who are after a professional or student who is a non smoker outgoing and clean and tidy! We are both fit and love bbqs the beach and a drink here and there. Im a keen surfer who is relaxed and am not home all that often and she is studying and also training a fair bit. Were clean geniune and easy going. Am more then happy to email more pics of the place!
