Hi. We are a friendly couple (Erin 25 and Dave 35) currently living in Merrimac in a cute 3 bedroom house. We are looking for someone to rent one of our spare rooms (female preferred). Electricity and internet included. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. Share bathroom. There is room to park a car and we think it is probably best if you have your own transport although there is a bus stop just outside that has busses running to and from Pacific Fair and Robina. Shops just up the road Robina Town Centre not too far away and close to the M1.We are pretty chilled out and not big party people although we do love a good bbq or a dinner party and a few wines. Erin is a uni student (studying education) and Dave works mostly nights and weekends. We own an energetic staffy (Lizzie 9 months) so it would be ideal if you like dogs (she is mostly an outside dog but who can resist those sad puppy eyes on a cold winter night). Were pretty flexible with the renting arrangement – dont mind if you are looking for somewhere short or long term (if we like you…haha). Rent is $135 per week bond is 4 weeks rent.
