What we have to offer:About the house:Our two story town house is located right in the heart of the Coast it is close to all major sporting shopping and public transport facilities. We are situated within a non-gated complex which features a large swimming pool bbq and private entertaining area which can be hired out at no cost to the residents a large grassy park and lots of visitor parking for your guests. Your bedroom features a built in robe ceiling fan and views of the park. It is a queen sized room with plenty of space for a desk etc. You will be sharing the upstairs main bathroom with 1 other housemate. It has a large shower deep bath 2 draws for your personal belongings and a toilet. Downstairs there is a reverse cycle air conditioner gas cook top powder room for guests dining room and entertaining area outside. The house comes fully furnished except for your bedroom; you supply your own bedding and linen etc. Rent is $143 per week and we split the gas bill evenly last bill was around 80 each for 3 months :)About us: As mentioned we are two young fun and friendly females who both work and study full time. We like entertaining and having friends around from time to time (yes we have a slushi machine also!! ) and occasionally we like to do a shared cook up house meal. We believe communicate is key to any shared house and are looking for someone who has a bubbly friendly and honest personality.
