Hi Im Karina a 45yo female looking to rent out the 3rd bedroom in my townhouse. I currently share with Sanja 31yo a fulltime student who also works casually. We are both clean/tidy social health conscious and easy to get along with. Our last roomy has just left and headed back to his hometown and so looking to fill his shoes. Like someone who is who is considerate clean/tidy and friendly and preferrably working/studying.The room is currently furnished with a king single ensemble bedside drawers desk and chair (can be empty tho). My unit has all new appliances air con (downstairs) a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge. Great outdoor area/pergola with 2 single hammocks to chill and BBQ. Garage is converted with art studio (if you feel arty). The complex has 2 pools tennis courts and plenty of off street parking. Walking distance to Worongary shops/restaurants and bus stop is out the front which takes you to either Robina TC or Broadbeach (Pac Fair). Drug and lounge lizard free zone :0)
