Hi my Name Is Ashlee I live in Mermaid Waters in a very Comfy little apartment I have decided to rent out my second room to someone who is either a student or professional like myself.. 10 min bus ride to Bond or surfers paradise. 5 Mins to each if you drive by car.Electric and Cable internet are included in the rent .The room is a nice size and can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. the Apartment is also air-conditioned so the heat is not an issue.I work full time so am looking for someone who is quiet and respectable not a party animal . . I enjoy the occasional drink on the weekend but am usually very quiet. Must be neat and tidy.Oh and the best thing its 5 mins from the beach.Room wont last long so if youre interested let me know.
