Two girls (English Australian) seeking one friendly clean and responsible housemate.Our house is located in Mermaid Waters. 2 mins drive to the beach 2 mins drive to Bond University and a very convenient walking distance to useful stores such as IGA Butcher BWS Pharmacy Fish and Chips Italian restaurant Chinese restaurant and a coin laundry. Not that that is important as we have a washing machine and clothesline! We are 2 happy young professional ladies in our mid 20s (a social worker and a legal secretary). We both work Monday to Friday and enjoy the weekend much like everyone else catching up with friends and going out. However at this point it is important to stress this is not a party house. We are both very responsible with work and play including respecting others in the house and pulling our weight when it comes to weekly chores (ie: Cleaning unpacking the dishwasher gardening and sharing costs of sundry items and pool chemicals).The majority of the house is furnished including: Washing machine fridge dishwasher television toasters microwave kettle iron All the basics.
