master room is $230 P/W with WIR and ensuit there is also a second room for rent 165pw big enough to fit king bed and study desk. the house is fairly ordinary from the outside but dont let that full you the inside is clean and newish the pool out the back if fairly big and we are on the canal.you will be sharing with 2 males both work ful time as tradesman we like to keep the weekdays quiet and have the weekend as our days to unwind with some drinks and bbqs if interested call or text cheers dale
