Two females (30 and 26) are seeking a third roommate for their Mermaid Waters house. We are laid back friendly and outgoing – Quiet throughout the week and sociable on weekends! The available room has a built-in wardrobe ceiling fan and will comfortably fit a double/queen size bed. This room has great natural light and comes furnished unless specified otherwise. Somebody with a fun personality and sense of humour would fit in with us perfectly! Rent for this room is $150 per week. The house is situated in a very central location within minutes to the Gold Coast and Pacific Highways Bond University and close to transport (trains and buses). There is a spacious front yard a great court yard for entertaining as well as a backyard. We also have a pool and plenty of space for on-street parking. The house comes fully furnished although you are welcome to bring any furniture you have with you.
