The house is a big 4 bedroom with a pool, waterfront deck, pontoon, double lock up garage, aswell as an air hockey table and ping pong table.
The room for rent is the master bedroom and comes with a ceiling fan,large built in robes with mirrored fronts and also features a spa bath. Its is a great room that always has a cool breeze flowing through it.
Internet access is available if interested.
The rent does not inlcude water rates or electricity.
