Bond University is a short 30-minute walk from the front door.The room is perfect for a student as there is an attached home office with built in office desk storage and necessary outputs. The bedroom is fairly small however coupled with the home office makes for a decent sized package.I am a 25-year old male working as a Marketing professional. I am a non-smoker and enjoy a very active outdoor lifestyle surfing jet-skiing boating wining and dining.
