Your room has a built in robe, and is a pretty good size. You have your own bathroom and there is some storage room in the basement available should you need some extra space. The room can come furnished with a bed, side tables, drawers should you need it or can be unfurnished too.

The apartment is fully furnished. Rent includes Electricity, Wireless Internet & Foxtel. You will need a $150 non-refundable bond for cleaning & carpets etc upon exit, plus 2 weeks rent upfront.

I am an easy going 28yr old female. Am a clean person and I expect the same. I’m not a clean freak but just generally like to live in a clean environment. The apartment is cute, and has a good vibe. There is a nice little balcony at the back which looks on a park, perfect place for an afternoon wine & relax. It is a 2 min walk/bike ride to the beach & Hedges Ave. Is a great lifestyle.

Would suit someone who is clean, working, honest, easy going, and looking for a peaceful, easy environment to be in. I run my own business so I am busy and not home a real lot. I’m a pretty healthy person and I like to exercise/run and lead a fairly healthy lifestyle. The place has a coffee machine, water purifier, juicer & blender if that’s your thing too then it’s a added bonus.
