Single room available in a 3 bedroom cute beachy unit on Hedges Avenue. Lounge and living has beach views and is only a stone throw to the surf. Sharing with two professional working girls that are easy going clean considerate and friendly. Our home is our sanctuary and we enjoy coming home from work and just chilling out so we are looking for someone on our same wave length who is not too crazy and just likes to come home after work and veg out. It is alot lighter than it looks in the photo also.There is only one bathroom so you would be sharing with two other girls (keep that in mind :-0 ) however the bathroom is big and has a shower over bath. Rent is $130 per week and two weeks bond would be required.
