Currently looking for 2 new housemates to move into our 3 bedroom unit in mermaid beach. The unit is100 meters to the beach. Secure underground car parking. The rooms available are $155 per week each. One of the rooms is the main room with a small balcony and the other is normal size. Both have built ins. The unit is modern and fully furnished except the room available. We are looking for a non smoker who is really easy going and generally a decent person. We would prefer someone who isnt massively into partying and enjoys having a few quite drinks. Thes rooms are available from the 2nd October but can be later if needed .
