Details:

- the house is a furnished 2 storey town house, newly renovated, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with an open living area, car space and super close to the beach.

- I am offering the room UN furnished (can provide a bed if needed), good size, nice and light with a built in wardrobe.

- Peerless ave is 5 minutes walk to broadie, park/beach at the end of the street! opposite pac fair, next to essence of living yoga/pilates. what more can you want?!!

- looking for a 21-30 year old male/female, 3 weeks bond required and + halve electricity.

- looking for someone who is health, fun, and social, but respectful as i am a full time shift worker.
