About the Location: Beach side apartment lovely safe quiet street. There is a lot of good activity around especially on the weeks. 30 second walk to the end of the street where the beach is 2 minute walk maximum to the Mermaid Beach Surf Life Saving Club. There are lots of nice cafes and unique shops around my favourite is Govs brilliant coffee and a brilliant owner (2 minute walk on the gold coast highway). The apartment is a casual 20 minute stroll from Broadbeach 10 minute walk to Pacific Fair and 30 minute bike ride to the lovely Burleigh Heads (my favourite place to spend my free time). Good surf out the front we keep out surf board in the garage so if you have one there is a safe place to keep it also able to store you push bike in the garage which is what the three of us do. There are two 24hr bus services that run down the gold coast highway the bus stop is only 1 minute walk from the apartment there are also 3 more day time buses accessible from the stops.About the apartment: Top floor unit with a balcony on the road side. Its a colourful vibrant fun apartment well kept and spacious enough to not feel cramped. The other people in the complex are weekly workers and therefore we are always respectful with our noise level throughout the weeks and still on the weekend (thats just how it works here so if you are a crazy party animal this isnt for you). That doesnt mean you cant have fun we often have people around for drinks and dinners we just dont go insane. You will have my room which is the master bedroom as seen in the pictures (there will be no stuff everywhere though)! There is another room available so if there are two of you the we can arrange the other room for you (as my other roommate will be away too) however this will increase the rent. There is an ample amount of closet space I also have a desk book shelf and another chest of draws in the room (if you dont require any of these just let me know I will be happy to put them in storage along with my other things).About the other roommate: Young 26 year old Female completing her final year journalism at Griffith University. She is very busy and often stays away in Tweed some week nights and weekends. She will also be away in Sydney at some point during your stay. She is easy to get along with fun sociable and respectful. Myself and Jashke (my other roommate) will be away on holidays during your stay.About you: Not fussed over gender. Being clean is a must we dont like dirty people we arent as bothered by cluttered. Kind friendly out going cheerful sociable quiet not a weirdo! I dont want party animals so someone who is looking for a quiet holiday stay away or is working and needs a sublet for 2-3 months will be perfect. Someone who has there sh*t together and isnt caught up with crime or drugs at all PLEASE! Other details:I will require the first month and a half rent 1 week prior to your move in date as a security deposit $1350. Then $900 for the other month paid a month after the date you move in. You will receive the $450 deposit in full back if there are no damages breakages and if you stay for the period agreed.I will require a signed personal contract including all of this and will email it to you 2 weeks prior to your stay here.The beach picture was taken from the end of our street at sunrise a few weeks ago!
