Hi there! we have a great little 3 bedroom duplex in Mermaid Beach which we will be renting out for around $300 a week (negotiable) so if there is 2 people it is only $150 each while we are overseas. We pay $450 for the property but are happy to pay a share of the rent while we are away so basically we have 2 rooms and an entire house available fully furnished with balinese decor plasma screen tv/surround sound outdoor spa area close to beach for only $300 total!! we will be overseas for 2 and a half months but are happy for you to move in a few weeks before we leave if needed. The place is fully furnished ready to go! one bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bedroom suite and the other is empty with a build in mirror wardrobe and lots of storage area also
