It’s an extra large room & is available second week of July for $165 week. You get your own bathroom & street parking right out the front of the house.

Room is unfurnished in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom House with pool and walking distance to beach.
Share with 2x 29yr old Male and Female & 2 extra small dogs.

Super easy going couple. Great place. Massive pool and walking distance to beach too. Really good location in Mermaid … just down from the GC Highway, not beachside but still walking distance to beach etc. (sort of opposite Night Owl area)

Rent includes pool and lawn maintenance. (electricity etc shared when bill comes)
4 weeks Bond needed. ($660)
