My name is Erica and i am looking for a female flatmate to share my beautiful flat in Main Beach. The flat is 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Your room would be the main bedroom which has a walk in wardrobe that goes through to your own ensuite. There is carpet in the rooms and timber blinds. Your room has a lot of nature light and a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. The rest of the flat features timber floors and lots of windows. We have a nice kitchen with a new dishwasher. I have all the appliances including fridge washing machine and dryer. We also have a large plasma tv and dvd player. I have the worlds comfiest couch and we have a nice little balcony that looks over the complexs pool. There is only 12 units in our complex and they are all residential units. I think of the unit as my retreat so you dont have to worry about me having parties there. We are about 100m from Tedder Avenue and all of the bars and restaurants and about 300m from the beach. I work full time and study at Griffith part time. I love to go out and socialise with friends on the weekend but usually always do that out or at their places. During the week I am quiet and generally go to the gym eat dinner study or go to bed early. I am sometimes an early riser as there are days when I need to travel into Brisbane for work. I am looking preferably for a professional female who doesnt mind socialising but is like me and likes to keep the home as a hideaway. I am relatively tidy but definitely am not a nazi clean freak. Looking for someone easy-going who likes a laugh and is looking for a longer term accommodation. HOPE THATS YOU!
