room available in Main Beach to live with a male in his late 20s. really cool unit with nice tropical pool/spa and bbq area. 100m to the beach and 100m to Tedder Ave perfect location. Looking for a roommate who is easy going and is reliable in paying rent and utilities on time. im not looking for a party animal to live with but someone who doesnt mind a social drink or what ever on the weekend would fit in well. i would like a roommate who would like to call the place home for a few months to long term stay. the unit is fully furnished all you need is a bed and stuff for your room. the unit is female friendly my last roommate was female and was a nice balance in the unit but that being said the unit is open to guys aswell. if your interested please contact me and come have a look at the joint and we can take it from there. P.S rent is $175 a week (700 a month) easyroom mate cant do maths not sure why it keeps saying its $162 wk because that doesnt add up.
