My place is not too big but you will have your own bathroom and toilet. WiFi Internet provided and electricity included.Bus stop virtually out the front and in a nice spot very close to the broadwater. Im not looking for a party animal but room for student as study desk is in your room.Im easy going fun guy so get in touch.Must be clean and tidy.
