The apartment is part of a quiet resort style complex, onsite manager, with mostly permanent tenants, and pool and spa area, around 100m from the Broadwater. Bus stop just outside gate of the complex direct to Southport and Helensvale train station. Plenty of on street parking available. Also have a home theatre set up with HD projector, programmable exercise bike (to use while watching either the big or little screen) , and commercial 2 group espresso machine set up. Main bedroom has an en-suite, so you would have exclusive use of main bathroom (separate toilet) next to the bedroom.
