The house is about 10 min walk to the Broadwater Cafes and restaurants and 10 min drive to the surf beach. It is a quiet area and not in the middle of the tourist town. The house is an unusual original design which opens on to a large entertaining deck it has polished timber floors back yard BBQ air conditioning in the living room and is tastefully furnished. The house is in close proximity of shops including Harbour town and Australia Fair. There are buses that run regularly 5 minutes walk away and the nearest train station is Helensvale. The room is quite large with built in wardrobes with large storage space. There is Queen size bed but can be removed if not required.Wade 44yo works in the film industry and Mark 37yo works with refugees so we both having interesting and busy lives. We are very easy going and down to earth guys and are capable of having intelligent conversations. We also have 2 dogs. The room is $145/ week plus expenses
