Hi i have a room available at my Townhouse in Labrador Rent is 165 a week. Electricity will just be split but i pay monthly I have a border collie so you must like animals and prefferably kids as i have my baby nephew over sometimes I had lived in a few share houses which havent been the best but this is my house and if your messy please dont even bother calling me Im 22 and sick of living in messy houses Other then that not much else the room will be available from the 1st of February the Townhouse is in a gated estate and there are 2 pools and a tennis court which is cool I wont have a fridge when my current house mate moves out so if you have one let me know before i look into buying one give me a call if i dont answer its because Im at work!!
