Hi We are looking for a clean reasonably quiet polite and kind housemate. House is near the Grand Hotel a couple of streets back from the Broadwater. Quiet Street.Couple and one other currently live in the house plus small Maltese dog. One bathroom we all leave at different times so this is not an issue.Cost is $150 and this includes electricty water and wireless internet. Couple owns property. We are all pretty laid back.
