Hi the house is 2 minutes walk from broadwalk and 5 minutes drive from the heart of surfers paradise i am looking for a clean friendly and responsible trustworthy housemate to share with me as i am a flight attendant and my hours are always different and i can b away for up to a week at a time. The house is very nice new and modern i have two rooms up for rent one at 225 dollars a week and one at $150 a week. preferably no smokers however not to fused as long as it is done outside and no pets. im easy going and like to have fun looking for more of a young environment (under 50) however noise needs to be kept at a minimum. own furniture and everything is accepted. Power and water not included in cost of room that is didved up between people when that time arrives. looking forward to hearing from u
