The bedroom has a double bed for the renter. The house is very close to the Broadwater Southport and to transport. There is a very large outside entertaining deck with a table and BBQ so dont hesitate to invite friends for a Sunday afternoon BBQ.Abit about ourselves: We are a 20yr old couple very laid back easy going enjoy music and a drink every now and then. There is also one other tenant renting a room who is also a Uni Student. We also have a dog and cat but soon to be leaving. We would like someone to be around our age to rent but were not too fussed.Conditions of renting: Rent MUST be paid fortnightly 2 weeks in advance.
