I am currently looking for some one to replace my share of the lease to support my good firend who is currently renting the other room.

We live in a quite area in a new apartment that is very comfortable.

You will have your own bathroom and a lot of privacy.

Currently my room comes with a bed and LED TV and a desk.

I may sell these items to the replacement room mate if needed as I plan on leaving overseas for some time however this is only optional
