Looking for someone to take over a lease which has 9 months left on it. We will only be after 2 weeks rent for the bond because of this and the rent is negotiable. The room is very large in size with a good size en-suite and balcony coming off the room. The room also has built in mirrored wardrobes so plenty of storage space. The rest of the apartment is also very large with an open plan kitchen living and dining area and another balcony. It is a very new apartment only 9 months old and it is ground floor level in a secure complex with a pool. It has a washing machine and fridge however the room will be unfurnished and if you have any more of your own furniture that would be good as most the furniture in the apartment at the minute is ours so will be coming with us. The unit is fully air-conned. there is underground parking and internet in the apartment. You will be sharing with a 19 year old laid back Griffith uni student who also works. Room is $120 each for a couple or $220 for a single person
