I am currently renting a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Labrador off of Central Street, close to the Broadwater, Griffith University and local shops. Apartment is clean, modern, large kitchen and quite spacious.

I am university student finishing my Honours Degree in Environmental Science, working a few jobs part time. I work/study a lot and am relatively busy. I am friendly and tidy and I am seeking a happy, friendly and clean roommate. Must be employed and/or student. The room will be available very quickly, currently room mate is staying until a replacement is found.

The apartment is furnished and ready to live in. The available bedroom is an unfurnished bedroom, which is the master bedroom with ensuite attached. The room is quite large for an apartment. The measurements for the room (excluding ensuite + built in robe) is 3.6 metres x 3.3 metres.

Within the unit block there is a shared pool for residents, plus rent includes a secure, undercover car space. Nice quite apartments and less then 20 apartments in the block.

Bond: 4 weeks rent

Rent: $180/wk

Electricity not included in rent price, but will split.
