I am seeking someone to share my 3 brm home with me and my son. I am female (35 yrs) and I work full time during the week as an Environmental Scientist and originate from NZ. My son is 4 yrs and is easy going and lives with me most of time. The duplex is fully furnished and i am offering a queen bedrm for rent for $150. A week. The room has drawers, tallboy and fan. Linen can also be provided. I have my own ensuite so you would have use of the main bathroom. The house is cozy and fairly private with a small back yard with trees and a vege garden. The complex also provides some off street parking and there is a pool. The street is pretty quiet and a short walk to supermarket and other shops, and to buses on Brisbane Road.

I am seeking a nice friendly and tidy person who doesn’t smoke between the ages of 24 and 40 yrs. International people are welcome but no couples please. Rent is $150 a week and includes power, plus one week bond.
