3 bedroom townhouse with huge bedrooms. Only me living there so there will be a spare bedroom not being used. Newly renovated kitchen with downstairs toilet/vanity shared bathroom upstairs. I work long hours – am gone from 5.30am and not home until 7.30pm as I own a CrossFit gym facility and also work as a Paralegal so Im very busy and hardly ever home. Looking for someone whos not looking for a party house but doesnt mind a drink or two to unwind on the weekends.
