I’m looking for a reliable, clean and easy going flatmate to share my house. I work 9-4 m-f and see home as somewhere to come to relax and chill out, watch movies, internet, do some occasional work etc, not to party. (Done plenty of that)

Here is a brief description of the house until I have time to add more detail.

* Renovated 3 bedroom house +1 big room
* 1 bedroom has an ensuite shower/toilet, and another bathroom/toilet for the other rooms.
* House has 3 Air conditioners (one in kitchen/lounge area, 2 in bedrooms)
* Alarm system
* Wireless high speed internet (Telstra Cable Ultimate 100mbps with good wireless router)
* Southport sharks club and gym is about 5 min drive.

The rental will cover rent including internet, can work out other expenses such as power, water, etc.
