Unfurnished room for rent in a 3 bedroom duplex in Labrador. It is $130 a week and includes all utilities except internet which is $30/month. It is a 15-20min walk to Griffith University close to public transport. Currently there are 2 of us living here (both female) – were both students who also have part time work. Were sociable but not party animals.
