My lease expires at this Labrador Student Accom on Jan 21 and Im looking for someone to take my room from now until then (An extension to the lease is applicable after this) The previous rent was $190 P/W but I am willing to drop the price to $140 P/W as I want it filled ASAP.Bedroom has an ensuite and all other expensise are covered for the $140 per week. Sharing with two other friendly students and the available room is very secure and private. The complex is right next door to Aldi supermarket and a bunch of other stores. Roommates are friendly and hardly around over xmas/newyear period. Check for more picture check out the metro on central website and such. P.s there is a pool and gym
