Our rent is from $190 per week which includes electricity, gas, water, 3 GB internet per month, fully equipped gym, 25 metre lap pool, rec room.

The apartments are fully furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine, & dryer. Each student/tenant has their own bathroom and bedroom with phone, internet and TV outlets.
