We are hoping to move into an amazing 2-storey 3 bedroom townhouse in Labrador in late March but need a 3rd person or couple to help make this happen. We are offering the HUGE master bedroom with ensuite for rent. The room is unfurnished has an insane amount of inbuilt wardrobe space ceiling fan air conditioning wall mount for TV plenty of storage. You will be sharing the house with 2 fun and friendly females aged 20 and 22 with a small adorable dog. The Grand Hotel restaurants Broadwater bus stop and sporting oval are all 5 min walk away and Harbourtown is also close by. The house has an outdoor entertaining area and a fenced front yard. If you have a car the garage is available for an extra amount per week otherwise there is ample street parking. $170 per week not including bills or $110 per week EACH for a couple.
