Hey my name is Michelle and I have just moved into a great spacious open planned 2 bedroom plus study apartment in Labrador (close to Southport end). Im looking for a friendly trustworthy relaxed and tidy house mate who will add to the bright and sunny atmosphere of the place and be someone I can get along with well. I work full time standard hours at the hospital and am pretty busy most evenings going to the gym dancing or catching up with friends. I go out some weekends but just as happy to chill at the pool or at the beach. Dont have big parties here but always happy for a few friends to come over for a bbq etc.. The room available is a large partly furnished room with bed (can be taken out if necessary) and a double inbuilt mirrored wardrobe with fittings – draws. Both rooms have ceiling fans and there is air conditioning in the main living area. The rest of the place is fully furnished and you will have your own bathroom and secure underground car space. There is also access to a storage room. The complex has a beautiful pool and bbq area and is about 1 minute walk to the broadwater. It is close to public transport the hospital less than 5km to Griffith Uni and Australia Fair and Harbour Town shopping centres are both close by. P.s.
