I am currently living in a nice 2 bedroom apartment in Labrador just off the main highway with 2 freinds who are moving in a couple of weeks I plan to remain here and take over the lease but I need someone to move in and share the rent to do so. Must be able to sign the lease. Must be reliable. One car space available.
