The property is close to Griffith University on the Gold Coast (less than 10 minutes by bus/40 minute walk). The full address is Duplex 2, 14 Annette Court Labrador.

The available room (and house) is fully furnished with your own desk and queen sized bed. You will have to share the kitchen with just one of us (as we are a couple only one of us cooks at a time) and you will have your own fridge, bathroom and toilet.
The property is a 10 minute walk from a major shopping centre (Harbourtown).

Rent is $140 per week plus utilities (water and power which averages less than $10 per week). Broadband internet is also available along with contents insurance (optional).

No gender preference but prefereably no smokers or pets. Also no couples please.

The arrangement is ideal for a university student or possibly an employee at the new hospital. The room is available now and bond will be four weeks rent. Preferred time of stay is a minimum 6 months.
