I have a huge 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house with 2 outdoor living areas and an inground pool. There are two rooms available in the downstairs fully- self-contained flat. The flat has a lounge/dining area a kitchen two bathrooms and a covered outdoor area with direct access to the pool!There is plenty of off-street parking. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac near Chirn Park on the number 5 bus route handy to both Southport and Runaway Bay. It is easy access to Griffith Uni TAFE and many of the English Language schools.(The rent is per room per week )I share the upstairs area of the house with my high school student daughter and my older daughter visits upstairs with us regularly. We have a cat.I teach English to international students and I work full time. We lead a fairly quiet life entertaining on occasions.We are looking to share the house with people who are clean and tidy and considerate of their housemates. Students employed male or female drug-free outside smokers all welcome!
