Hi. My girlfriend and myself have just been approved for a great place in between Labrador and Southport. The unit is like new and has a nice kitchen. We have the ensuite which leaves one bedroom that has its own bathroom the room is great and easily fits a queen bed with room for a desk or other furniture. The Unit block is about 50m to the broadwater as well so great area to live and close to uni if need be. Also the map below is wrong we are at the end of parker st next to water!
