Large open planned lounge/kitchen. The rooms have aircon throughout the house. Place will be fully furnished but if you already have stuff for your room then we can move the stuff into the garage. Have a large outdoor area for bbq and entertainment. Looking for someone who has a fulltime job, trustworthy and is able to pay rent on time each week. Electricity will be split between both people each quarter. No Lease needs to be signed. 4 weeks Bond with 1 weeks upfront. ADSL2+ is can be provided for $60 a month extra if needed.
