The other two rooms are occupied by to great guys, both who work full time, are hardly home, are clean, respectful and fun!

The townhouse is a part of a great, central complex, Raffles on Capri in Surfers Paradise.

There are many amenities at Raffles. there is a heated spa & pool, sauna, gym, free cinema, library and computer room. The complex is also close to all the Gold Coast necessities (beach, Surfers Paradise, Broad Beach etc). There is also a bus stop right outside the complex should you require to take public transport.

The current tenant is moving to Sydney and therefore the room will be available very soon

Rent is 180 per week.
