Hi We are Renee (23 Pre-school Teacher) and Ryan (23 Studying). Our house is really relaxed and happy we like to keep it quiet during the week and are usually out and about on the wkends. Our new flatty must be fun friendly clean-ish and reliable (must be employed or studying) preferably between 23 – 30 yo. The room is $163 pw its a large double room with a built in robe and we have a spare TV if needed. The complex is great its close to Surfers has a pool spa gym sauna and even a movie theatre. The apartment is spacious and we pretty much have everything except the stuff for your room.
