Hi there I have 1 beautiful double sized unfurnished bedroom available for rent in Raffles on Capri. Raffles on Capri is in a gated complex with 52 townhouses. Amenities include a pool spa sauna gym 33 seat cinema (yes … a cinema) office and library. The town house where I live has just been painted and re-carpeted and the gardens and private courtyard is beautifully kept.The room available is located on the lower level and has its own bathroom with a HUGE wardrobeThe complex is close to all the Gold Coast necessities (beach Surfers Broad Beach etc) and is only $180.00 per week (electricity and gas not included).The pad is very clean and tidy and is decked out with near new lounge room furniture table and chairs and heaps of kitchen necessities. My flat mate/boyfriend and I are looking for someone who likes living in a clean and tidy manner and also someone who is young at heart as we are very cruisy peeps and enjoy life ! My boyfriend and I live in the two rooms upstairs and hardly reside downstairs which is where the lounge kitchen and third bedroom and bathroom are. We work long hours are normally out and about most nights of the week. Weekends we are also social or go away so again we are rarely home (our age range is 27-29). There is also a small Papillion dog that resides in the townhouse too (he is 2.1kg and only barks when there is someone at the door and is ridiculously friendly he will not be all over you though…. he likes his independence lol).If you are interested I would love to hear from you.
