i have a room to let choice of 2 rooms. u would have private use of the main bathroom as there is an ensuit off the master room. I am a 35 yo single guy who has his 13yo son living with him we are both fairly quiet people and my son is exceptionally well behaved and respectful. I would like our new flatmate to work full time and like us be able to respect each others privacy. That being said we are definately not wowsers lol and like to have a good time and i think i have a good sense of humour. certainly would like our housemate to become a friend also. probably looking for someone a bit more mature but any age is fine if u have respect for my home. We are located only a couple of hundred metres from a bus stop and a short walk to shops and a primary school in a very quiet street.
