Looking for a genuine and fun person that is easy to get along with and pulls there weight around the place to move into a house with 3 likewise girls, aged 23-26. Male or female is fine. No smokers or drug users please. Also would be nice to put a face to the name!!

We are a friendly household and like to have fun and invite people over occasionally. We like to have house parties on the odd ocassion, especially dress ups :). Otherwise were all pretty busy with work and/or uni and enjoying the best of what the gold coast has to offer.
We have always had 4 people living in the house, and never find it too crowded. A lot of the time there is never 4 people home anyways. you will be sharing a bathroom with 1 of us. Internet is included in rent, unlimited. You would need to sign an agreement to say that you will contribute to house keep, pay your rent share and fix what you break
There is 4 car parks in an enclosed gated area, but these spots are not undercover. We have a double garage, but its full of clothing and furniture for our market stall that we run on the side (massive bonus to any female that moves in ;)). we have a pool, bbq, patio area. the backyard overlooks the gold coast. oh and how could I forget, we have 2 mini foxies and our beloved parrot.
The room itself is a single room and you will need all your furniture. At the moment there is no wardrobe in the room, but we can sort something out there ;).

We are looking from someone to move in from the 7th of December. However willing to wait for the right person.
