The house has a nice sized secure leafy and private yard and is close to shops and the motorway without being noisy. I only want one flatemate – not looking to add a third. Your room has large built-in cupboard and ceiling fan. Main bathroom and toilet are yours for exclusive use and adjacent to your room. There is also a study you are welcome to share. I have furnished the house and have a double bed if you need it but am happy to include your furnishings too (of course). Aircon in main areas and I have 2 individual fridges so no need to fight for shelf space :-)I have an adorable cavalier puppy who is very well trained affectionate and your pets are welcome (and will be spoiled) as long as they are small friendly and house trained.
